Types of Toyota Service Campaigns

Special Service Campaign (SSC)

A Toyota program for the inspection and/or repair of vehicles in order to prevent safety-related problems from occurring. This Service Campaign has no warranty claim time limit period and the prescribed service will be performed at no charge to the vehicle owner.

Customer Satisfaction Campaign (CSC)

A Toyota Program for the inspection and/or repair of vehicles in order to prevent problems from occurring. This Service Campaign is offered for a specific period only and the prescribed service will be performed at no charge to the vehicle owner.
